A chiropractor in Staten Island, New York, has been arrested after she threatened the lives of two law enforcement worker as well as an African American child in an abusive letter.
Danielle Serini Guardavaccaro, 38, sent letters to the two women at the 120th Precinct earlier this week filled with racist language that threatened police officer Ebony Glover and school crossing guard Jennifer Becker’s child, who is black.
“My next opportunity will be getting rid of you and that ugly a** n***** child of the crossing guard,” she wrote to Glover, according to court documents. “Keep thinking he’s safe in school, but when the opportunity hits, it will with a bang. N*****s don’t belong in my neighborhood.”
Earlier this month, Serini Guardavaccaro also sent a bag of Dum Dum lollipops to Glover and Becker’s homes on March 7, according to police reports.
“Enjoy the pops, dum dum,” she wrote. “Don’t think for a moment I forgot about the so-called crossing guard that is never doing her job. In due time!”
Last month, she also reportedly three lollipops at Becker.

The chiropractic office is located across the Public School 29 on Victory Blvd. Where Becker works as a crossing guard. Serini Guardavaccaro has had an ongoing feud with both the women as some of her clients have been ticketed by them.
For almost a year, the chiropractor has hurled abuse at both the police officer and the crossing guard and had even spat at Becker, called her a “f***** c***” and flipping her the bird on separate occasions in 2016, according to court papers.
After this latest incident, Serini Guardavaccaro was arrested and charged with aggravated harassment, stalking, and for violating a protective order, officials said. She was held at 120 Precinct Station house in St. George and her bail held at $3,500.
Yan Katsnelson, the chiropractor’s lawyer said his client will fight the charges and clear her name.
“These allegations are baseless and ridiculous,” Katsnelson said. “This is a complete waste of taxpayer money.”
