A Black Mecca is a city where African Americans live and thrive on a daily basis. When you hear of a black meccas you always think of places such as Atlanta and DC, but in this new two-part series, two MadameNoire editors went to St. Louis to see what it had to offer. We are encouraging locals to support and celebrate small business in the area during black history month!
