  1. Excellent review Queen. Dr. Joy Degruy would be proud. Please encourage your peers to read and seek the knowledge you have. Do not push them but encourage them to read. If they are not interested in the beginning, no worries – eventually they will be especially if they are friends with you. Like you said in your video people are slowly waking up but it's a process. Reconditioning the mind will not happen overnight. Blessings.

  2. I know I'm late, but I'm glad to know that a young woman like you is seeking truth and wisdom. Please retain your youthful vigilance and continue to find ways to positively impact those who surround you and your community.

  3. I'm very impressed with this very young black lady. The book "Post Traumatic Slave Syndrome" by Dr. Joyce DeGruy is some good deep stuff. She did okay for her age with the review. I amazed she have the courage to try. A smartphone isn't smart if it's never asked any real questions. If black men and women would simply ask google their smartphones for the Willie Lynch Letter and read it, they would know exactly how black men and women in the USA relations dysfunction got started. As she said, one of the leaders in healing the generational trauma of black men and women in the USA is a black woman. Her name is Dr Joyce DeGruy. After you read the Willie Lynch Letter, listen to her YouTube video called, "Why Black People Act The Way They Do". like she said, "the application of knowledge is power for change". Beautiful young lady. You are only as beautiful as your thoughts.

  4. Omg I love your mind sister! I love talking about things of that nature! That book CHANGED my perspective on a how I view myself and our own ppl. I seriously recommend ALL "BLACK" ppl to read that book!!!!!!! Keep it up sista!💗
